Hello Everyone! My name is Gregg De La Rosa and to start off I would like to share that I have struggled with my weight all my life, including now! But I like to do research, and throughout my struggles i have taken bits and pieces of every weight loss fad out there and come up with practical ways to lose weight without going on crash or fad diets! This is what imma share with you here! I am 21 years old and a student at Mt. SAC! I want to be a Humanities professor when I finish school because I love to teach and inspire people!
